So I checked that I cashed thinking it was my paycheck got flagged as fraud so of course I went in to see what I can do and they did nothing but blame me and then told me that there was no way I was getting any of the money from my savings account from them. And now I for some reason them $500. I have since reported the incident to the FBI. But not only was 1st bank unprofessional and very unhelpful. But the victim blaming is disgusting.

I paid my credit card in full on Friday the 9th and today is the 13th and it cleared my bank yesterday but First Bankcard tells me I will not have my credit available till the 15th which I think is ridiculous I would not recommend this credit card company the card I have is a Murphys USA

I addressed my concerns with the bank manager and I could tell she was defending her staff and did not have a clue as to what goes on in the bank. I received terrible customer service and the manager did not have the respect to do a follow-up of my complaint. Account privacy is non-existent at this bank, account information was provided to others and no explanation was provided and the manager did not appear to be concerned. This bank is lacking professionalism of their staff. I would not recommend this bank for any type of financial services nor would I trust them with private information. They manage this bank on assumption, not on facts.

I desperately tried to make an online payment and it would not my payment. after trying all day i eventually forgot about it and called the next day to make payment over the phone. they took my payment via phone, it was a day late at that point. they refused to *** the late fee. yes i should have called the day it was due but as i stated i tried to make pymt on line all day, got frustrated and totally forgot about it. they offer no customer service what so ever. will pay it off and never do business with them again.

Do not borrow from Think Casth/First Bank of Delaware. They are quick to loan the money, but should a customer run into difficulty, although they pay the loan, but maybe a few days late, they will harrass you by e-mail, phone calls, leave threatening messages. Thank God I am almost paid out. Never again ! I have not missed a payment, but have been late a coupe of times. They will just not listen, work with me or give me a chance. They are harassing me about the last 2 payments, which I have told them will be paid by a certain date, but they continue to call, e-mail, leave threats on voice mail.

I was contacted by someone from this organization saying that I owed $2800!!! I have never, before this, have heard of this bank, and I was telling this to the rep.

All he said that he didn't believe me and that I was being sued! They really know the things to say to stress people out. when I asked for a copy of paperwork that I supposedly signed, he claimed that he was not able to do that without court paperwork.

Anyone have some info? Please help

First USA credit card ruined my excellent credit

I had a credit card with First USA. They advertised 0% interest for a period of time, so I transferred a balance from another card. Before the rate expired, I transferred the balance to another card. When my balance was 0, I closed the account. Approximately 1 year later, they claimed I owed them over $1,000. They had "accidentally" credited me in excess of $1,000 and they re-opened my account so I could pay them!!! Having none of the paperwork, I asked them to prove it. They could not, but my credit was being tarnished. I agreed to pay the $1,000 to save my credit while I continued to dispute the $1,000. Now I paid this once if not twice, and yet they still refused to fix it and restore what was once impeccable credit...never late on a payment.

Looking for new loan

I see a lot of complaints about FS bank, and a lot of people who say they have changed banks and love the new bank but do not give the name of the bank. I am looking to find a new home loan and found this sight when I put in Flag Star. So I wounder why a person would take the time to poet a bad review about a place and go on and on about how a person should not use that place and tell people to go else were but not try to help by listing the places they do like and have had no problems with. I have always tried to compliment people and places that have been good to me. I think if you are going to complain then you should also give praise. Just my thoughts.

Bank Defrauded me

I had met with this bank 3 times about buying into a business they told me I was approved to take over the loans I wrote the previous owner a check but something wasnt right with the stocks so I had stopped payment on it, as soon as the bank thought they had my money the filed a replevin action 2 days after that the banker tells me to bring in a certified check and doesn`t tell me a thing about the replevin action, a week later he has us come in and start a checking account in the old business`s name and still doesn`t say anythingabout the replevin action, I had the state of nebraska investigate it and they are the one who told me they took my money 2 days after the replevinand wont do a thing about it I have this bank on so many charges it isn`t funny Fraud,mail fraud,wire fraud,fraud in the inducement,extortion,tortious interferance, slap suit, and now defamation, I cant find a attorney to fight them cause of who owns them the second richest guy in Nebraska I have went through 3 crooked attorneys that worked for the bank not me, one even told me I couldn`t sue them under deceptive trade practice act WRONG, well I cant find a honest attorney(oxy-***, I know) I have filed suit in federal court under 5 different charges if by chance you know of somebody that will help a little guy let me know the suit is for 9.51 million

Credit Inquiry

I never had any transactions with First USA Bank but they're sure *** me off. I'm new to this country and is still trying to build a good credit history and successfully I might add, but this First USA Bank had been pulling my credit summary for review five times this year now goddammit!!! It'll stay there for two years and potential lenders will think I'm desperate which I'm not. Can we do something about these @$$h0le$?! I don't think they will stop their inquiry anytime soon and what other information do they have on me? Judging from their actions, this company has $h1t for ethical behavior. I sure won't do any business with them so they can just stop inquiring and get stuff!!!
